Questions we hear a lot
A few things worth knowing before you book your tour.
Do I need a wedding planner?
Yes. Every wedding needs a planner or day-of coordinator. Our event liaison helps with the venue itself, but your planner runs your timeline and manages your vendors. If you choose to move forward without a planner or coordinator, a signed waiver is required. Need a recommendation? We know some amazing planners who know the space well.
Is event insurance required?
Yes. Every booking needs event insurance. After you book, we’ll send you a link to buy coverage through Nuptial. Once your policy is confirmed, the cost is credited to your final invoice.
How is my price set?
Your price depends on the time of year, the day of the week, how many hours you need, how far out you are booking, and which upgrades you choose. Saturdays are the most popular, so other days can cost less. A shorter planning window can sometimes get you a better rate, since we want to fill open dates. Book a tour and we will give you an exact quote for your date.
What is your vendor policy?
We have an open vendor policy, so you can pick your own caterer, photographer, DJ, florist, and more. The one exception is bar service, which must come from our approved list. We are happy to recommend vendors who already know the space, so you can skip the vetting.
Who handles cleanup?
Add our extended cleaning upgrade and the cleanup is handled. At the end of the night, take what is yours and our team does the rest. Your layout is also set before you arrive, so your family and friends never have to move a chair or table.
How long do we have the venue?
On Fridays through Sundays, we book one event per day, so the venue is yours. Every booking includes 10 hours of access, and you can use each space for as much of that time as you like. You can get ready on site, leave for an off-site ceremony, and come back without hauling your things. Need more time? Extra hours can be added. Events end by 1 am.
What’s the signature concierge?
The Signature Concierge is an upgrade that gives you more help planning before your wedding. Every booking already includes foundational concierge: a vendor list, layout design, and a final meeting. Signature adds a meeting to talk through your budget and vision, curated vendor recommendations, an email introduction to those vendors, and a starter timeline that shows how long each part of the day usually takes. It doesn’t replace a wedding planner or day-of coordinator, which every wedding needs.
