Questions we hear a lot
A few things worth knowing before you book your tour.
Are the ceremony and reception in separate spaces?
Yes. The ceremony is on the second floor and the reception is on the first, so nothing gets flipped between the two. Guests move from the ceremony to the courtyard to the reception. When the weather is nice, the courtyard works well for cocktail hour or even the ceremony. We also build a custom layout for each space you use, so it is ready when you arrive.
How many guests can BRIK hold?
The venue’s versatility allows BRIK to host events ranging from 50 to 300 guests! There is an elevator between floors, ramps, and restrooms on both floors. Our lot has 60 spots, with plenty of street parking nearby.
Where is BRIK located?
BRIK is just south of downtown Fort Worth, off South Main. Your guests will find restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and breweries nearby. Downtown hotels are only minutes away, and we can share hotel recommendations with room blocks and shuttle service. It works well for couples with a lot of out-of-town guests.
Where do we get ready?
We have two suites available for getting ready. One is downstairs and has a masculine feel with dark blue walls, leather couch and flat screen tv. The other one is upstairs and MUCH larger with a bright, modern and more feminine feel. It contains a hair and makeup station with salon chairs, two lounge areas, full length mirrors, two bathrooms, hidden tv, eating area and beautiful entrance directly opening to the ceremony space.
Can we bring our pet?
Yes. Pets are welcome as long as someone is assigned to care for them the whole time. Check our Instagram to see couples with their pets at BRIK.
What if we live out of state?
Many couples have booked BRIK without visiting in person. We offer FaceTime tours, virtual tours on our website, and a Zoom option for your final planning meeting. Our team is available by phone and email the whole way.
Do you host events besides weddings?
Weddings are our focus, but we also host corporate events, galas, fundraisers, and private celebrations for 50 to 300 guests. Visit our Private Events page to learn more.
