From empty warehouse to event venue.
In April 2016, owner Lynsie Blau took on a building that had been sitting empty for years. It had good bones and a lot of potential, so she renovated it while keeping the details that made it worth saving. Today, BRIK is one of the area’s original event venues, known for its effortlessly welcoming atmosphere.

Details worth preserving.
The renovation focused on keeping the building’s original character. Original hardwood floors run throughout the space, exposed brick lines the walls, and the building’s original floor scale still sits inside as a nod to its history.
