Do I need an appointment to come see BRIK?
Yes, we are by appointment only. You can schedule a tour by clicking “Book a Tour” below, or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I reserve an event date?
50% of the total rental fee is due to reserve your date. The remaining amount is due 30days before the event.
Is a damage deposit required?
Yes, a $500 refundable damage deposit is required for all events. If no damage or contract violations occur, the amount will be refunded within 10days of the conclusion of the event.
Are candles allowed in the venue?
Yes. We only ask that they are placed in/on a container so wax does not drop onto our floors or tables.
Do you provide any catering?
No, but we are Open Vendor so you may use any caterer you would like as long as they have insurance.
Can we bring in our own alcohol?
Yes. You can bring in your own alcohol for your event. We just require a TABC bartender to serve. If you are serving alcohol for more than 100 guests, there needs to be an Off-duty Officer onsite.
How many people can you seat at during an event?
We do a max of 300 guests seated with a DJ and dance floor.
Do you have a parking lot?
Yes, we have a parking lot on the South side of the venue that has 60 spaces. We are zoned for street parking and have a grass lot for overflow.
Do you have a Catering Kitchen?
Yes. We have a “Cold Kitchen” which includes an ice machine, sink, and refrigerator.
Do we have to clean after the event?
Yes. Our policy is whatever you and your vendors bring in, you and your vendors take out at the end of the night, including trash. You or your caterer are responsible for removing all trash from the facility and disposing it in the on-site dumpster. There is a cleaning fee included in your rental that covers a crew to come in and deep clean the space after you leave.
Is there a Day of Coordinator at the venue?
No. There will be a BRIK staff member here during your event to make sure you have everything you need and to monitor the venue.
