With two large indoor areas and an outdoor courtyard, clients have several options to truly customize their events. BRIK’s style hits that perfect balance where clients can personalize the space without having to go to extreme to make it beautiful.
We can host several types of events: weddings, receptions, dinners, corporate, and parties. Depending on the layout of the space, BRIK can accommodate up to 300 guests per floor but can be arranged to host smaller parties as well.
Guests walk through gorgeous glass doors into the open floor plan of the main hall.
This level boasts original hardwood floors, pier and beam ceilings, and white brick walls, complimented by the perfect set of chandeliers. On this level guests will find the catering kitchen, a custom bar, the stag suite, and restrooms. Although clients have the flexibility to use the venue however they choose, the majority uses this floor for the dinner or reception part of the event. Seated with Dancefloor: 300 guests
Guests can access the second floor through the back stairwell, elevator or outdoor staircase and balcony. With the same characteristic of the main floors, this level is ideal for ceremony space. Natural light fills the space and the open layout allows for a variety of uses. The second floor also contains the Lux Suite – a large space set up for bridal parties or a VIP lounge. There is a private restroom off the Lux suite and a unisex restroom upstairs as well. Seated Dinner/Ceremony: 300 guests
Off both floors, guests can access the courtyard. Crushed granite provides a solid, clean base. Along the north side of the courtyard are three green walls creating a border. The east side has two barn wood walls that offer an elegant backdrop. The courtyard also has a lovely view of downtown offered from the Juliette balcony. A sound system and lights make this perfect for ceremonies, cocktails hours, or set up with lounge furniture and fire pits. Ceremony/Standing Room: 200-300 guests
This bonus area off the back of the building is perfect for unique photos. Nestled up to the tracks, this concrete slab is canopied by old, industrial ironwork strung with lights. Local artist, Jeremy Joel, has created stunning artwork on the walls to reflect Near Southside and the graffiti passing by on the trains across the way.
For weddings, this room occupies the groom and his merry men. The Stag Suite definitely has a masculine feel with a large leather couch and side bar. Other uses for the room include VIP lounge or coat check.
