ceremony/Reception:

Yes, the venue has separate floors for ceremony and reception so there is no flipping necessary. There is a natural flow from the ceremony to the courtyard into the reception space. When the weather is pleasant the courtyard is a lovely place to host your cocktail hour or even your ceremony though we can host the entire event inside easily. Part of our process when you book BRIK is customizing a layout for each individual space that you use. Then our set up team will have it all ready when you come in on the day of your wedding. Our couples find that a beautiful seamlessness to their event is achieved with how the venue is layed out and experienced.

capacity/accomodations:

The venue can hold up to 300 guests for a ceremony and reception. We have bathrooms on both floors, ample parking, an elevator and ramps to provide handicap accessibility. We recently hosted a wedding with a bride whose mother was in a wheelchair and the mother personally shared with us how easy it was for her to get around and navigate the venue.

location:

The venue is located just South of Downtown off of South Main. South Main is an up and coming are where you will find a variety of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and breweries to keep your guests happy. Any hotel you choose downtown will be just minutes from the venue. We are happy to share hotel recommendations that provide room blocks and shuttle services. Our location has benefited many couples that need to accommodate lots of out of town guests while also allowing them to easily experience the best of Fort Worth while they are here.

dressing rooms:

We have two suites available for getting ready. One is downstairs and has a masculine feel with dark blue walls, leather couch and flat screen tv. The other one is upstairs and MUCH larger with a bright, modern and more feminine feel. It contains a hair and makeup station with salon chairs, two lounge areas, full length mirror, two bathrooms, hidden tv, eating area and beautiful entrance directly opening to the ceremony space.

vendor policy:

We have an open vendor policy that allows for you to select your own vendors, with the exception of your bar service. We are happy to provide trusted recommendation for all your other vendors, Our list of wonderful vendors that know the venue well is extensive and thorough. If you are concerned about vetting and hiring your vendors, we can help relieve that stress and share excellent recommendations. Our open vendor policy also gives you the freedom to make your own personal choices for your event and room in your budget to be creative.

cleaning:

We offer a “full cleanup” option that you can add on to any package. This means that at the end of the night all you have to worry about is taking out anything that is yours and anything that you would like to keep and our team will come in and take care of the rest. Part of our process involves having your venue layout setup when you come in so your family and friends will NEVER have to move a chair or table. There will be a venue manager available the day of your wedding that will ensure everything is taken care of with the venue. We also pride ourselves on connecting you with some amazing planners that are fabulous to work with. At BRIK our brides, grooms and their families tell us they are able to ENJOY the day in a calm and stress free environment

parking:

Our parking lot has 60 spots plus our location benefits from being tucked away allowing ample street parking to be available surrounding the venue. We have never had an event that was maxed out at 300 capacity that had any issue with parking. We are also happy to connect you with a preferred valet company that does an outstanding job.

pets:

Yes, we love celebrating with furry friends! Pets are allowed in the venue as long as there is a designated caregiver at all times with them. Checkout our Instagram to see many happy couples with their fur babies at BRIK!

Event Day:

Friday-Sunday events are one event per day. This allows the bride/groom/client to have the venue for the entire day. There are no restrictions on how long you have in each space of the venue. It is ALL yours to use however you would like. Time in is negotiable and time out is 1 am. Our couples find a lot of freedom in the time allotment they are allowed. Especially if you are getting married off site, you have the ability to get ready in the venue and then come back after ceremony without having to transport items making everything more convenient for you and the wedding party. And there is always the option to add on additional hours if needed.

destination:

We have an amazing communications team that guides our of state couples through the entire process. We begin by offering facetime tours, virtual tours on our website and responsive email and phone availability throughout the planning process. We also offer skype and zoom final meeting options. We have many brides who have booked Brik without ever stepping into the venue and have gone on to have the most beautiful weddings inn our venue.
